• Genuine Products & Courses: All sellers on focusdental.in have entered into agreement with the portal to sell genuine products. In case of any complaint about genuineness of the product, we assure full investigation and refund in case of any real issue. The Educators are required to display the gist of course content and the refund/cancellation policy alongside the course registration display. The sale of pre-owned products however is not covered under this clause. Pre-owned products offers are only as a service provided to members and shall be considered a private transaction between the seller and buyer.
• Secure Payment Gateway: We assure that the details of your card shall be routed through a secured Payment Gateway, with encrypted transmission, to protect you from fraudulent miscreants. Our servers have firewall protection too.
• Confidentiality guarantee: The Portal assures the privacy of Customer details like address, contact numbers or email ids and Purchase detail to be used only for the purpose required for the fulfillment of the order placed with us. The customer information shall not be divulged to any third party who has no connection with order fulfillment.
• Focusdental.in assures the acceptance of returns, cancellation and refunds as mentioned in our policy. We also assure to address your query/communication mail in shortest possible time.
