Delivery Timeline

• The standard delivery time shall be 2-6 business days from the date of order, depending on the customer’s location. The delivery time may vary depending on the location of delivery. The delivery time may be short in case of metro and mini metro cities, or may be bit longer for smaller towns. Intimation of shipping shall be provided to the customer.
• In case the delivery gets returned for the reason of the premises being locked, the logistic company shall attempt to contact the customer on his given contact number to inform the failure to deliver the goods. A re-delivery shall be attempted in 3-4 days or as per the time mutually decided between the customer and the logistic company. If the re-delivery is also returned and there is no communication from customer, it shall be treated as cancellation of order, and the a charge of 3% of the order value shall be levied towards cancellation.
• In case of bulky equipment/products weighing more than 10 kg, the standard delivery time may not apply, and the estimated delivery time shall be informed to the customer in advance.
• The customer may have to produce proof of identity for delivery, if asked for.
